You can see when we have your order scheduled by clicking on the Click here to view order details and make a payment link in the email you just received.
Your order is scheduled to be done by the Need Date, listed on the web page. While we try to hit, or beat, that date for every order, it may be a day or two later, during the busy times of the year.
If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know by responding to the confirmation email and we will add a Drop Dead date for you. If you've already spoken to your rep about this, it should already be on the order.
When your order is complete and ready for pick up, you will get an email, within the hour, from firstname.lastname@example.org that will let you know it's ready. If we're delivering your order, your sales rep will get the email. If we're shipping the order, you will get an email, as soon as your order ships, with tracking information, when available.
